It's Official!
Lauren just received her M.A. in Composition for Film and TV from NYU's graduate program.
Under the tutelage of the legendary Ira Newborn, she composed music for countless films of all shapes and sizes. Check out the Film/TV page for continuing examples of her work.
A Waterwell Summer
Ground-breaking theater group, Waterwell begins a series of Artistic Residencies throughout June to work on Drop #9.
In July and August, they will perform '07's hit "The/King/Operetta" during an outdoor series in NYC parks. Check the website for dates.
ASCAP Film Scoring Workshop 2008
Lauren just took part in the annual Buddy Baker Film Scoring workshop hosted by ASCAP/NYU. It culminated in her composing for and conducting a 30-piece orchestra. To hear the fruits of her labor, check out the Film/TV page for the "Serenity" clip.
